Sea to Ski is an exclusive property management and concierge service for the second-home owner in the Sun Valley area. Our personalized and professional service allows you to enjoy your vacation home when you’re visiting and have peace of mind while away.
Sea to Ski Property Management offers different levels of service which can be personalized to fit your needs. Choose from weekly, bi-weekly or monthly house inspections. Our team has developed a checklist that will be customized for your home. Should maintenance issues be identified during an inspection, we will alert you immediately. Our own maintenance staff is very skilled and for larger issues we have long standing vendor relationships, so any problem can be addressed promptly. In the unfortunate case that a fire or security alarm activates, you can choose to have the Sea to Ski team be the first alerted. We offer a variety of on-site and concierge services.”
