HOA SUPPORT MANAGER – HOA MANAGEMENT – FULL-TIME

Sea to Ski is seeking an HOA Support Manager to assist with the management and daily oversight of Sea to Ski’s managed homeowner associations.

Essential Business Functions:

Board and Homeowner Communication

  • Develop a working relationship with community board members and homeowners
  • Correspond with HOA board members and homeowners regarding property status, ongoing projects,
    upcoming meetings, and immediate issues or concerns
  • Proactively triage any unplanned or immediate property issues (snow removal, water line breaks, security, etc.)

Governance

  • Perform a wide spectrum of administrative duties to successfully enforce community Covenants, Compliance & Regulations (CC&R’s), Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations
  • Complete regular community common area inspections to monitor property condition and ensure homeowner compliance

Vendor Oversight

  • Provide oversight of property maintenance and improvement projects including, but not limited to:
    • Contacting and meeting with vendors to obtain bids for large projects (painting, siding, roofing, HVAC, etc.)
    • Scheduling of projects
    • Monitoring progress of ongoing projects to ensure quality, completion, and timeliness

Financial and Administrative

  • Perform HOA financial analysis including, but not limited to: P&L review, balance sheet review, reserve study review, reserve allocation review, and annual budget preparation
  • Maintain digital organization and storage of accurate and current association documents/records internally and externally
  • Organize and monitor all HOA calendars to identify, communicate, and prepare for upcoming key dates

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a service position preferred, ability to deliver strong customer service required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with homeowners and staff at all levels
  • Financial analysis competence from a formal business/finance/accounting degree, background, or experience
  • General technical competence including comfort using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organization and tracking skills
  • Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
